 All items that are custom or personalized, we do not offer returns or exchanges at all.

SLV HAS IT ALL welcome all qualifying Items shipped from slvhasitall.com warehouse, can be returned within 74hours after arriving to the shipping address.

But the original shipping fees will not be returned at all if the order has been completed an or fulfilled.

 And if you wait after 74 Hours from receiving the item you only would be able to receive a online store gift credit.

You must return the goods in their original condition and opened, unopened, returned Items must be unworn, unwashed , undamaged , and unused , with all original tags. 

Provided always that where upon opening the packaging it becomes apparent that the goods are different to what is described. And please make sure you send in your photos of your different items  to this email address below; 

AGAIN:  Items can be returned  due to quality issues within 74 hours of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, the cost of the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may be charged a restocking fee up to 50% of item's price. Used or damaged returns and up to 100% for materially different item.
