Please choose one blend variation from the list then list in order notes the other two blends you would like in your trio. Blend descriptions and ingredients are detailed below. You may choose any flavors from those listed in flavor variation. If you don't include a note with other two blend choices we'll ship you our top sellers.
Preparation
Use 1 level teaspoon per 6-8 oz. water. Heat water to boiling. Steep for 5-8 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.
Packaging
At Winterwoods Tea Company we take great care to package our tea for the absolute freshest taste. All our tea is carefully crafted in small batches daily and immediately packaged in beautiful glass jar with black metal lid and apothecary style label. Shelf life from time of opening is 12-24 months.

Blends & Ingredients:
Wildwood Cedar:
Ingredients: Organic cinnamon bark, organic papaya leaf, organic peppermint, organic raspberry leaf, organic wild cherry bark, wild cedar tips, organic licorice root, organic chicory, organic cloves, organic sarsaparilla, organic fennel, pure extracts. Wildwood Cedar is a delicious woodsy blend with deep, robust flavor. The combination of wild cedar tips, peppermint and cinnamon bark work together to create a very unique and flavorful herbal blend. This tea is a Winterwoods top seller.
Mount Hood Hops:
Ingredients: Organic lemon balm, organic skullcap, organic passion flower, organic hops, organic valerian root, organic chamomile, pure extract, dried pears. A wonderful sleepy time or evening tea, Mount Hood Hops makes use of the Mount Hood variety of hops and pairs it with chamomile, dried pears and vanilla. Medicinally used as a sleep aid, hops make a wonderful herbal tea and this blend is mild and sweet. Inspired by the abundant orchards and vineyards found in Hood River, Oregon, this blend reminds us of roadside farm stands and the beautiful farm country in the fertile Northwest.
Bee Wrangler:
Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic bee pollen, pure extracts. A rich black tea, Bee Wrangler offers organic and fair-trade certified black tea infused with maple extract and organic bee pollen. Deep, rich and slightly sweet with a honey-like flavor, this blend was inspired by hikes on Oregon's South Sister mountain and the beautiful wildflower meadows that dot the terrain there.
Smoke + Juniper:
Ingredients: Organic Lapsang Souchon, organic sage, organic juniper berries. Sage and Juniper berries are blended with black Lapsang Souchon tea to create an intoxicating and alluring tea that has one of the most powerful flavors of all our blends. The semi-fermented mature tea leaves are laid out onto bamboo trays and are smoked over a smoldering bundle of spruce wood. The result is a rich and robust tea with an imparted smoke flavor and rich crimson color. This blend evokes memories of evenings spent relaxing around a campfire and enjoying the company of good friends.
Nordic Morning:
Ingredients: Organic Pu-erh black tea, organic almond pieces, organic extract. Inspired by winter mornings in Norway, Nordic Morning boasts delicious caramel and toffee notes. It's also the first and only pu-erh blend for Winterwoods Tea Company.
Juniper Summit:
Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic lemon pieces, organic calendula, organic juniper berries, organic extract.Light and fruity with bold lemon and pomegranate flavors. Juniper Summit is a light and fruity blend with bold lemon and pomegranate flavors.
Cascade Cherry:
Ingredients: Organic green tea, organic rose petals, organic extract. Cascade Cherry is a sweet, cherry flavored organic green tea blend loaded with powerful antioxidants. This is the second green tea blend offered by Winterwoods Tea Company.
Tamarack Merry:
Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic calendula, pine needles, organic extracts. Tamarack Merry is a Pacific Northwest inspired blend that is hearty and bold with vanilla and caramel flavors. The pine needle bits add a fun and surprising twist.
Sahalie Rain:
Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic calendula, organic extracts. Sahalie Rain is our newest blend and has quickly grown to be one of our top sellers. Amazingly rich back tea with fragrant and sweet mango flavors. The flavor is surprisingly bold and slightly sweet and is delicious alone as hot tea and perfect for sun or iced tea.
Autumn Gold:
Ingredients: organic apples, organic rosehips, organic hibiscus, organic turmeric and organic extract. Autumn Gold is a flavorful herbal blend with turmeric, a powerful medicinal herb. The strong apple flavor is complimented by rosehips and hibiscus and is reminiscent of days spent harvesting apples and taking long walks as the leaves fall.
Trailhead Huckleberry: Ingredients: Organic Blackberry Leaf • Organic Elderberries • Organic Huckleberries • Organic Hibiscus • Organic Cornflower • Organic Rose Hips • Pure Extract. Trailhead Huckleberry is a light and fruity tisane featuring wild harvested huckleberries from Mount Spokane in Washington. The huckleberries and organic elderberries are balanced by light blackberry leaf and sweet hibiscus and rose hips and pure huckleberry extract. Caffeine Free.
Rose City Chocolate: Ingredients: Organic Rooibos • Organic Honeybush Organic Cocoa Nibs • Organic Rose Petals • Organic Rose Hips • Pure Cocoa Extract. Rose City Chocolate is a decadent and delicious tea perfect for an afternoon calorie free treat. The aroma of sweet chocolate and fragrant roses is strong and rich.
